Eating only apples for three days—how does that sound? Don’t worry, it’s not a punishment!

It’s THE trendy and super simple detox to pamper your tummy before summer. Say goodbye to toxins and hello to a flat stomach, Greek goddess style in a swimsuit!

Because it's as effective as an over-enthusiastic yoga coach: easy to digest, packed with fiber and antioxidants.   • Stock up on apples: Go for sweeter, non-acidic varieties… Mix up the colors for variety, but always choose organic!

  • Mentally prepare yourself: You’re about to embark on an experience, a minimalist taste adventure!


During the cleanse

  • Raw: Simple, effective, crunchy.

  • Baked: A comforting treat, but no jam or honey 😉

  • Applesauce: Even better with a pinch of cinnamon, but be careful—no added sugar! Bonus tip? Mix in a spoonful of organic collagen.

  • Apple chips: Oven-baked slices for guilt-free crunch, but again, no sugar, jam, or honey!

I bite into my first apple with the motivation of an Olympic athlete. Everything's going great… until the afternoon when my stomach starts negotiating for pizza. Resist, resist!

By the evening, I feel a bit tired and light-headed, but I’m holding strong. Baked apples without sugar before bed, and off to sleep! I recommend placing a hot water bottle wrapped in a soft cloth over your liver—just on the lower right side under the last ribs.


Day 2: The Emotional Rollercoaster

Waking up feeling great! My stomach is finally light. If you can, do a little yoga session or take a morning walk in the forest, and don’t forget to eat your apples! My stomach is flatter, and the cravings are fading—well, almost.

Lunch: Applesauce with natural vanilla, but nothing with syrup or added sugar. Pure bliss. In the evening, I get a slight craving for something salty… but I stay strong. Pride is my only seasoning, and don’t hesitate to treat yourself to more delicious baked apples!


Day 3 : The revelation

Crazy energy, a refreshed complexion, feeling great in my body and mind! Who would have thought that three days of apples would transform me and take me on an unforgettable journey deep into myself?
