🥣 Ingredients (10 people):
✅ 400 g of soaked and sprouted chickpeas (or cooked for a milder version)
✅ 2 tbsp tahini (white sesame paste, rich in calcium)
✅ 40 ml of fresh lemon juice (either 2 small or 1 large lemon)
✅ 2 cloves of garlic (optional for smoother digestion)
✅ 1 tsp cumin (digestive and warming)
✅ 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
✅ Freshly ground black pepper
✅ A little pure water , depending on the desired consistency
